1. Water pressure test requirements:
Hydraulic test is qualified for installation and acceptance of PE pipeline in each section, and pressure test can be carried out only at the elbow, the length of l2m on both sides of tee and 5 Ocm above the pipe top. In order to prevent pipeline displacement, the pipeline pressure test standard of this project is 0.8 Mpa. The pipeline strength test is qualified when the pressure is stable and the interface is checked.

2, pressure test methods and measures:
(1) use fire hydrant to fill water at low point by fire belt, and total water consumption should be adjusted according to actual length.
_when the beginning of water injection, first open the exhaust valve, after the exhaust valve to close the water injection valve exhaust valve to start pressure testing.
_After the test pipe is filled with water, keep a certain water pressure to soak fully, press soak for not less than 12 hours, and check whether there is leakage phenomenon in the joint.
3. Pressure test schedule.
According to construction requirements, the time needed for pressing is 1 to 2 days.
